[Lab] el-cheapo CNC build

Okay, I've connected the 5 people from Ottawa that are interested to the
Leigh in Toronto who will order the parts.

So if all five in Ottawa get on board, I can pick up the parts on my next
trip to Toronto and we can have a CNC party.
