[Lab] el-cheapo CNC build

I'm making a mantis CNC which will cost about 100 bucks. Here is my project

The Ottawa group is talking about it as is the Toronto group. The toronto
group seems a little more active in this area and is ready for procurement.

1) If ArtEngine wants one of these, I could build two instead of one. Let me
know and if there is a budget for that.

2) If anybody in Ottawa is serious, we should get on board with the Toronto
procurement cycle. I'm already for parts for one of five machines.
