[Lab] Saturday, human powered float build for Toy Parade

We've nearly run over (with our bikes in the parade) kids and adults
from the public who stooped to pick up candy thrown by parade floats in
front of us.  Paper airplanes would cause the same type of problem and
would also cause a hazard to the cyclists or damage the planes when run
over.
