What sort of tools are you using?

I have something I'd like to get out the door in a few days.

I have all the content. I just need to organize it into 4 groups, then make
like 4 chapters so the user can skip between them. I was thinking of putting
about 20 markers into two of the chapters so that the users can skip ahead
and behind using fast forward buttons.
