I had to hack the C_INCLUDE_PATH thing so that the .h detector can find
the sys/ headers again on Ubuntu 2012.
I simply added "/usr/include/i386-linux-gnu" around line 186 of
./configure, but that doesn't quite feel right. What's the portable way to
handle this new thing ?
X11 support isn't detected without this : you have to do --force-x11
instead. This is because SHM support is now mandatory with X11 support,
and <sys/shm.h> is sought for in that context.
