[Gridflow-dev] GridFlow PPA

I just created a team named «gridflow» on launchpad.net and added 8 
members to it.

No Ubuntu packages have been produced yet with it.

This will continue Claude's GridFlow packages (in PureDyne's PPA team) 
beyond GridFlow 9.12.

Next goal is to make a GridFlow 9.14 release in the short term (within one 
week) including Ubuntu deb packages (32/64) and OSX/Intel and Win32. Those 
are the priorities, though other packages (OSX/PPC, Win64, etc) are 
welcome too.
