GridFlow packages for Ubuntu-based systems are available from the 
Puredyne PPA on Launchpad:

The easiest way to install is:

sudo aptitude install python-software-properties
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:puredyne-team/ppa
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install gridflow

(As always, be careful with 'sudo', read the documentation for the 
commands that you are running to be sure you're doing!)
