[Gridflow-dev] targa and ppm

is anyone using the targa file codec? because i just removed it, as it was 
not correctly working, and i was going to rewrite it anyway (getting rid 
of ruby code).

so, if anyone needs it for any reason, i will rewrite it, but else, use 
ppm.

speaking of which, starting right now, the GridFlow ppm codec was 
rewritten. Now it uses libnetpbm and is written in C++, instead of the 
Ruby version that didn't use an external library. This means that you have 
to install the full libnetpbm, like this:

   apt-get install libnetpbm10-dev
