I rename [oneshot] to [gf.oneshot] because of another [oneshot] somewhere 
else that has only one inlet instead of two. I don't know how they get it 
to be useful without a 2nd inlet, but I don't care, my patches are made 
for a two-inlet [oneshot]. I'm renaming all occurrences of it in 
abstractions,examples,doc,tests.
