[Gridflow-dev] GridFlow cvs mailinglist reenabled

I have just fixed the problem with the GridFlow cvs mailinglist.

In the meanwhile, Stéphanie has added+modified some helpfiles. (note: the 
old helpfiles are in pd_help/ but new helpfiles are in doc/flow_classes/)

I think there also where a few commits by James and Carmen but I don't 
recall what they were.
