those are resolved with test03

this won't be resolved. there is no compilation option to support it. 
there is no code in GridFlow for that.

future compilation options could be quicktime-hw (or quicktime-plaum), 
quicktime-apple, libmpeg3, ppm, x11, [#fft], [cv/...], and... that's 
pretty much all.
