I've nominated the <b>Ottawa Maker Faire</b> for an
<b>Ottawa Social Impact Award</b>!<br></div>
Maker Faire is my favourite event of the year, and I
think it's incredible that they've gone from a one-room
show-and-tell to standing-room-only at the Aberdeen Pavillion in
just 5 short years.<br>

<div> <b>Three cheers</b> to many, many organizers and
volunteers who make Maker Faire a reality every year. It's an
enormous volume of work putting it together and the beast just gets
bigger and bigger every year. :) By the sounds of it this year's
spectacle is going to be incredible. It's a week away and I'm
already on pins and needles.<br></div>
