<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Hello All,<br><br></div>I have another laser update for everyone.<br><br></div>We are currently having filtration problems again, which has lead me securing a space near our space that has an external wall.<br>
<br></div>PRO: we can now exhaust outside.<br><br></div>CON: we now have to build something to vent outside<br><br></div>CON: we will be limited to only engraving all items after work hours.<br><br></div>PRO: we will no longer have to worry about someone booking the lab to discourage the use of the laser.<br>
<br><br></div>Also we have brought up the question as to whether we need to filter for the acrylic. <br></div><div>Is it better to fill the air with plastic or our landfills with the HEPA filters full of it.  Especially at this rate, we are going through one a month or so.<br>
<br></div><div>Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!<br></div><div>Also is anyone interested in helping the design and build of the exhausted if it goes ahead.<br><br></div><div>Please do not use the laser for the time being, I will update you shortly.<br>
