hey,  <div><br></div><div>   thanks all, this is a fun thread to be watching.</div><div><br></div><div>   a really cheap simple thing to try, and maybe you can get usable results.  if you connect an led, or even a low voltage light bulb to an audio amplifier, it reacts to the sound.   smaller filament bulbs might be best, as they are "dumb loads" that will work on AC (which is what amplified audio is).</div>
<div>  with some adjustment to the volume and tone, you should be able to get the rise and fall glow ......maybe.....worth a try for a couple bux.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>       Michael</div>
