When it says <a href="mailto:lab@artengine.ca" target="_blank">lab@artengine.ca</a>, it's supposed to go through the mailing-list : send to all the subscribers and to the archive, after approval if necessary.<br>

If it doesn't, there's a bug, and if you notice such a problem, write to me.<br>

When it says <a href="mailto:lab-bounces@artengine.ca" target="_blank">lab-bounces@artengine.ca</a>, it sends to the email address that is supposed to figure out which subscriber addresses don't exist anymore. Fortunately, it skips over your mistakes, but it forwards them to me saying that they don't look like real error messages from mail servers.<br>

The email that sent to <a href="mailto:lab-bounces@artengine.ca" target="_blank">lab-bounces@artengine.ca</a> also had <a href="mailto:lab@artengine.ca" target="_blank">lab@artengine.ca</a> as recipient, so it's supposed to have been sent to both (if not, see above about bugs).<br>
