Very cool project, wonder if you could make them generate music somehow... different pumpkins generate different tones/sounds (variations in voltage generated or something).<div><br></div><div>Would be a neat project, and might make a near eerie sounding pumpkin choir sitting on your step lol...</div>

I wonder if you could have done away with the electrolyte and simply<br>
used the pumpkin flesh as an electrolyte. I made potato batteries with<br>
my son using copper and zinc strips. They produce about 0.9V each.<br>
