as the ebay one but without the carrier board. You'll have to supply it
3.3V (the carrier board has a regulator on it for that) as well as
solder wires directly to the module pads.<br>

<p>This is a trick question right? Seriously though, they are the same
unit and have the same price at sparkfun. The difference appears to be
that they've pretyped in a few AT commands to the arduino one to make
sure it works out of the box possibly.</p>
<p>How about pointing out what is the same between them.... both are
about $50 too expensive?</p>
