<p>This is a trick question right? Seriously though, they are the same unit and have the same price at sparkfun. The difference appears to be that they've pretyped in a few AT commands to the arduino one to make sure it works out of the box possibly.</p>
<p>How about pointing out what is the same between them.... both are about $50 too expensive?</p>

<p>Ok, so the ebay one requires a series resistor on the TX line from the processor to the bluetooth module....</p>
