Apparently the regime cut off power to several rebellious cities, causing a crisis among the citizen journalists who upload cell-phone videos to YouTube -- no way to recharge cell phones. So some activist tells the interviewer that they put two Duracell batteries into a glass of water, wait for an hour, then put a USB charge cable up to the glass (possibly into the glass). You ever hear of this?</span></div>
