<div><div>I got a small chuck that I believe is suitable for an A-Axis on a CNC machine. </div><div><br></div><div><a href="http://mambohead.com/2011/03/3-axis-nema-23/">http://mambohead.com/2011/03/3-axis-nema-23/</a></div>
<div><br></div><div>It has a 1/2-20 thread at the back. So I figure I can complete the A-Axis with</div><div><br></div><div>-1/2 inch shaft with an inch of thread at one end.</div><div>-two bearings</div><div>-two pulleys and a belt</div>
<div>-one stepper</div><div>-some aluminum cut out to hold everything in place and to bolt down to bed</div><div><br></div><div>Obviously I need a bearing that can withstand thrust? Or do I? Does anybody have any suggestions what bearings I should use?</div>
