Thanks for your suggestions guys,<div><br></div><div>I don't have a cnc router or vaccuum mould, so I checked out the shapelock. Mike, they sell clear plastic sleeves to protect fluorescent tubes.
Lightweight , you would still need the actual top, but that can be
carved out of foam.<br>
