I would be happy to pitch in where I can. I just gave a talk to the IET about 3D printing technology which was a resounding success...

In addition I could talk on some other topics as well:

- Artificial Intelligence / Artificial Life

- Microcontroller Programming

- Web Development (more from a programming standpoint rather than a "design" standpoint)

This all of course depends on how things fit into my admittedly over-committed schedule lol... But I am happy to pitch in where I can. (and that schedule should hopefully be thinning out a bit in the coming weeks/months)

Hey Michael,

They would replace our concentrated burst of workshops that we have been doing the last few years. This will undoubtedly be a little less in depth for somethings, but will allow us to run something broader on a more regular basis. It was heard to find the time to do all the promotion we needed to make the series work like it should.

It would be great to have someone like yourself run a little PD one!

Lots of great stuff coming online. Thanks everyone!

Cheers
The Open Membership will cost $50 when you teach one of these free workshops in a year, and will give you free access to the lab and equipment for that year. You can of course teach a workshop even if you are not interested in the Open Membership, but we hope this will create a kind of fair exchange for knowledge and gear.
Depending on the popularity, we could start out by hosting the workshops on every 2nd and 4th Wednesday, opposite Mod Lab meetups and then branch out weekly to every Tuesday or every Thursday if there is further interest..
