[Lab] Looking for a programmer

Dear all,
A colleague of mine is in need of a developer to create a computer-based kiosk system - something similar to an interactive museum display - for a games room. 
The kiosk has a touch screen to allow people to enter answers to a series of multiple-choice questions.
The display would be programmed to allow for a mix of text and graphics - rather like template-based web pages or Visual Basic - and provide some form of user feedback.
