[Lab] Zing 24 performance issue

The easiest way I can describe the problem is that the Zing 24 doesn't "home 
to origin" properly.  That is to say, if you position the gantry to any 
position that is not the home position when the power is off, and power on, 
the gantry is supposed to move to the rear of the unit with the head at the 
back left corner.  At this point in time, it doesn't do that.

This indicates a problem with the Y axis control, most likely due to a 
sensor malfunction or a sensor cable that is damaged.
