[Lab] Network access for Laser

Thanks Janick! That would be great. We have a box of power supplies at Artengine. Email us directly with the power requirements and we can have a look.

We are going to be moving the work benches around in the other room so we may be able to set one up in M76 to accommodate some of the necessary accompanying tools and space. We will include this in the planning as we try to reorganize.
