[Lab] Network access for Laser

I have a Netgear WNR2000 I'm not using I can gladly donate and set-up...
if I can find the power supply. 

Having the ability to use one's laptop would indeed be great -- but that
brings up the issue of work surface where it could be conveniently and
safely set-up to work on.
