[Lab] arduino

I don't know what you'll end up putting in the workshop, but I'd be happy
to do a workshop on either using serial communication (I2C, SPI, etc) with
Arduino or other chips, and/or a tutorial on migrating from using Arduino
to using C with microcontrollers directly.

The serial part would be a look at how the buses actually function at the
electrical level, and then also how to implement them in software.
