[Lab] Glue for lamination.

Delrin is really hard to glue. There are some specialty adhesives (
such as
http://www.loctiteproducts.com/p/epxy_plstc_s/technical-data/Loctite-Epoxy-Plastic-Bonder.htm
or 3M Soctch-Weld Structural Plastic Adhesive DP-8010 ), but they are
usually optimized for plastic to plastic interfaces. You might want to
reconsider the whole lamination thing unless there is an unavoidable
reason for it. If your Delrin is thick enough, you could try mechanical
fasteners such as rivets.

I once tried to glue teflon sheet (which had been properly etched on the
glue-up side) and it was a challenging task, and the resulting part was
not particularly strong/stable.
