[Lab] cd fixture for cnc

I might have an idea for this. Clam them from the bottom so there'll be
nothing protruding upward.

I'll make a circle that's a bit smaller than the cd and mount it. The cd
will go under it and a lift will press it against the circle from the
bottom... I'll need to think about this some more but I think that will
make a better record fixture as well...
