[Lab] Custom URL on youtube

I was able to setup www.youtube.com/user/bassalyzer but I am trying to
setup another one and I can not.... what happened? I do not remember how I
did the first one, but it must have been simple.....

Now all I get is a funky URL
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDNSWPKHVcS7ltUwq17Q5nQ :-(
