[Lab] Drill Press?

Man! a drill press is far too big to
drill a PC board I can lend you a dremel with mini trill table along
with a small drill table. and 1/16 ''
drill bit.  I presume you made a double sided board and you want to
connect both  sides ?  I live in Kanata 31A Varley Drive

Forgive me for not knowing this (I've only been in the one lab once) but is there a drill press anywhere in the labs? I just etched my first ever circuit board (yay!) and now I need to drill the holes. I could do it by hand but I really don't want to mess it up.
