[Lab] Philippines Christmas Parol Lantern

I'm still in the laser room and nobody's come forward to help.

I'm going to be taking a delivery of some cardboard in a short while so
will nip out to the loading dock. After that I want to eat and a couple
things so if anybody wants to come and help make the parts while I'm out
that would be cool as we can make more and raise more money for the cause.
