[Lab] wifi / internet, downtown Ottawa?

If you're looking for a nice quiet place to work, I should suggest the
uOttawa campus.
School's out for summer, and their public wifi is connected directly to
the CA*Net backbone. Lots of neat places to set up your laptop (the library
even has laptop locking stations) and people will leave you alone because
they'll assume you're studying.
The Science and Engineering building is especially nice to sit in for a
while thinking through problems while watching boat traffic float by on the
canal.
