[Lab] OTTrees: an open data web app

Jason: Nice! Yeah they weren't that responsive but Robert Giggey was
helpful. They've just released a data set that added 100,000 trees which is
awesome but way too much for the app to display. I've noticed a lot of
older trees being cut down around Ottawa which seems to be due to pests or
the like. It really sucks- wish there was a better way to stop the
infestation.
