[Lab] Workbenches for Lab

Nothing specific, but some basic criteria:

1. Easy to clean.

2. Some/all benches electrically conductive for ESD/electronics work.
	- simple rolled steel plates or tiles (easier to move) for extra fire-proofing and magnetic adventures.

3. Long power strip on back or down centre to plug equipment into.

4. Well lit from above.

Building ourselves is definitely an option! :)
