[Lab] Micro-grants for Awesome Projects

Nice! I just came onto the Ottawa board. It's a monthly award and we have
looked to projects from past months to fund depending on what comes in.
Please keep applying! Projects that have a greater community impact, both
locally and globally, place high when we are deliberating as do those that
"surprise and delight". :)
