The obvious one to me only because I've been exposed to a couple of
"practitioners" is Kite Aerial Photography.  There are several I can
think of in the city...

And another friend Eric Brackenbury, a jeweller who I know through the
local Linux community who does photography and kite-surfing.

Combine it with robotics if you like to get more predictable results...
