Thanks for everyone input.  I've done a bunch of leg work too.  Spoke some ppl 
in England, China, US and company near Toronto.  The most help full so far is 
a Ph.D Candidate who is in the dept. of innovative electronic technologies at 
NYU. He sent me a couple great article on the various technologies.  I now has 
a 200 pages or more do documentation to read.
