[Lab] Netiquette on the Lab List

Hi Everyone,

We've received some complaints from a few lab list subscribers regarding
some messages as of late so instead of singling people out or discouraging
good discussion, here's some excellent advice from Brian Edmonds circa 1996
that still rings quite true today:
