[Gridflow-dev] can't compile with Gem support

Did we fix this? I don't recall. In any case, it looks like a wrong use of 
the --gem-include option. It has to point to the "src" of Gem and then the 
Gem sources have to be «configured» (but they don't have to be compiled).
