I've taken a decision about documentation, finally.

doc/*.xml will be merged into the help patches, instead of whatever I may 
have said last summer or before, about online help and such. This means no 
HTML manual, but then, I'm not very happy with my HTML manual, so I don't 
mind hiding it.

(I'm not necessarily happy about the Jitter manual either, so, don't 
interpret me as meaning something in terms of which software to choose.)
