[Gridflow-dev] [Gridflow-cvs] [cvs] optional/rblti: Fix for 64bit OS compilation error. Basically, just added gcc -fPIC flag.

Hi. Wasn't -fPIC already in $(CFLAGS) ? it inherits it from 
gridflow/config.make, due to this directive at the top of 
gridflow/optional/rblti/Makefile:

   include ../../config.make

Any ideas?
