Producing Membership

$150 Annually

Producing Members are at the foundation of Artengine. They are the active users of our facilities. Producing work with our resources is not only shaping the organization, but contributing to the a richer cultural landscape in the city.

Producing Members are paying for access to the M70 Lab and the field equipment all bookable through our online booking system. Items that have rental rates (projectors, computers) are accessed at a reduced rate. Please see the description of the M70 Lab and the list of equipment for more details on the resources available.

Open Membership

$50 Annually (Must contact Artengine for approval)

This membership has all the benefits of the Producing Member, but requires the delivery of a free workshop during the year of membership.

Are you an active producer or maker? Do you have skills you want to share? Then the Open Membership is for you!

This new membership structure is designed to encourage a range of activities in our facilities and create a more formal structure for knowledge sharing through the community. The membership is simple. Potential members submit an idea for a workshop to the Technical Coordinator (AD), and upon approval gain access to the production equipment and lab facility for a period of one year. The AD will work with the Open Member to find a suitable time for the delivery of their workshop, and will promote the activity to both it's producing membership and the broader community. The Open Member will deliver the workshop, and create an entry into the Mod Lab Wiki with an outline of the information they have covered in the workshop.

Check out more about the Open Workshops or the Mod Lab to get some more info about this aspect of Artengine.
