BELARUS
Belarus is Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, and the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.

 

BULGARIA
Bulgaria is Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, to the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances and to the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.

 

CROATIA
Croatia is Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs as amended by the 1972 Protocol, 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, and the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.

 

CZECHOSLOVAKIA
Czechoslovakia was Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs as amended by the 1972 Protocol, the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, and the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.

            Slovakia is Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs as amended by the 1972 Protocol, the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, and the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.

            The Czech Republic is not Party to the above Conventions.

 

HUNGARY
Hungary is party to the 1961 Convention as amended by the 1972 Protocol and the 1971 Convention. Hungary provisionally applies the provisions of the 1988 Convention relating to precursors.

 

LATVIA
Latvia is Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs as amended by the 1972 Protocol and to the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances.

 

POLAND
Poland is party to the 1961 Convention as amended by the 1972 Protocol and the 1971 Convention.
With respect to becoming a Party to the 1988 Convention, it was reported that in the course of 1990 several discussions between different drug control related government departments had taken place and initial drafts of new enforcement legislation had been prepared.

 

ROMANIA
Romania is Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs as amended by the 1972 Protocol, 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, and the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.

 

RUSSIA
The Russian Federation is Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, and the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.

 

SLOVENIA
Slovenia is Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs as amended by the 1972 Protocol, 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, and the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.

 

UKRAINE
Ukraine is Party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, and the 1988 Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.
