the Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services within the Ministry of Health, Social Action and Family.

Morocco

the  National Drugs Commission within the Ministry of Public Health. The Ministry is also the

Namibia

Administration and Control (NAFDAC).  The agency controls, inter alia, the import, export and
distribution of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for medical and scientific purposes, fake
and counterfeit medicines, and the production, importation, distribution and use of industrial
chemicals.
