The lake Schryer Waterfront retreat is in the renovated old hotel du lac Schryer, located on close to 3 acres on a beautiful sandy beach on the shore of lake Schryer, at the gate of the Provincial park Papineau Labelle, one hour drive Ottawa/Gatineau, the National Capital region (with a Casino, theatres, the National Art Gallery. Museum of Civilization, Parliament buildings, National Art Centre, beautiful Gatineau Park & the region's finest restaurants), 2 hours drive from Montreal, 45 minutes to Mont Tremblant, 20 min. north of Montebello.
The
retreat consists of 7 residencial suites (2771 sqf), two currently used by the
owner and 5 used for rental purposes. All suites have in-suite bathroom and
roughing for kitchenets. All the residencial section is on the second floor.
The
public area (5834 sqf) consists of a large kitchen, a large refrigerated room,
a bar, a bistro (up to 20 seats), a reception area (200-300 people), a stage
for theatre and cultural activities, a spa/recreation area, as well as two art
studios and storage.
The
retreat has been thoroughly renovated to comply with commercial requirements.
We have a telephone system with extention in every room, wiring for a computer
Local Area Network as well as a TV satelite system with extention in every
room as well as in strategic spots. Wiring for a sound system is embedded
with outlets in strategic places. All residential and most public areas have
hardwood floors. There are 5 public toilets and ample customer parking. Visit
