The National Capital Network of Sculptors are holding their 20th annual “Sculpture” exhibit this week. Over 100 sculptures on display in every medium.
The opening reception is Friday, October 12th from 6pm to 9pm and show hours are Saturday, October 13th from 10am to 9pm and Sunday, October 14th from 10am to 5pm.
The location is the Horticulture Building at Lansdowne Park.
On Saturday, October 13th there will be a free stone carving workshop where you can make a soapstone pendant to take home. Drop by anytime between 2 and 4pm and try your hand at stone sculpting.
There will also be a Gift Boutique on site that supports the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa. Everything in the Boutique area is priced under $100.
