Join a Company of Fools to celebrate Shakespeare's birthday

What: Shakespeare’s Eve: a massive party to celebrate the life of William Shakespeare on the eve of his birth with trivia, karaoke, a fabulous silent auction and, of course, cake!
Where: The Acting Company – 738A Bank Street
When: Saturday April 22, 2017, doors at 7pm

In 2016, the world celebrated the life, times and death of William Shakespeare on the 400th anniversary of his passing. This April, the Fools want to keep the party going with a new fundraising event – something that will hopefully become an annual tradition for years to come. Part birthday, part wake, all fun!

In a licensed cabaret setting (or CaBARDet, as we like to call it), the Fools will play host to an evening of trivia, Bardaoke (just normal Karaoke but you can make it Shakespearean by wearing a costume if you like!), dancing, a silent auction, food, birthday cake, games and prizes.

Plus, the cast of Torchlight Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream will be officially announced. Attendees will be the first to learn who will be in our cast of eight and get a sneak peek into what this summer has in store!

All proceeds will go towards our 2017 Torchlight Shakespeare Tour which promises to be our biggest and best yet.

Tickets are $25 and are available on EventBrite.;;invite=MTE2MjEzMzkvY2F0cmlvbmFAZm9vbHMuY2EvMA%3D%3D&utm_source=eb_email&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=inviteformalv2&utm_term=attend
